Providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Ollama, Vercel AI Gateway, or OpenAI-compatible providers when enabled by your setup.

5. Model providers and files

ZgroupsAI may route prompts, conversation context, and uploaded files to the model or search providers selected for your deployment. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or sensitive information unless you have confirmed that the relevant deployment and providers are approved for that information.

Files are processed to provide the feature you requested. Configure and publish a specific retention and deletion schedule for uploaded files before launch. If you share a conversation, anyone with the share link may be able to view the shared content.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including providing saved history, maintaining account records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal requirements. Retention can vary by feature and deployment settings.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights
