1. Using ZgroupsAI

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ZgroupsAI website and general-purpose AI assistant at shenzino.com (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

ZgroupsAI is a general-purpose AI assistant for exploring ideas, solving problems, creating, learning, and discovering more. The Services can search the web, retrieve source content, provide citations, generate rich responses, and support files or saved conversations when those features are enabled.

2. Eligibility and changes

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for it. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the Services evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

3. Accounts and guest access

Guest access may be available for trying ZgroupsAI. Account access may enable saved history, file uploads, sharing, and other deployment-dependent features. Keep your login credentials secure and notify the operator of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Your content

You retain rights you have in prompts, files, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You give ZgroupsAI the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and analyze Your Content to provide, secure, and improve the Services as described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate law, contract, privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights. Do not upload personal data, trade secrets, or regulated information unless you are authorized and the deployment is suitable for it.

5. AI outputs, sources, and important decisions

ZgroupsAI generates answers using AI models, web research, retrieved content, and other signals. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, biased, or misleading. Citations and source links help you inspect information, but they do not guarantee that an answer is accurate or that a source agrees with every statement.

Outputs are provided for general informational purposes and are not professional medical, legal, financial, safety, employment, education, or other regulated advice. Do not rely on the Services as the sole basis for high-impact or safety-critical decisions. Review cited sources and use your own judgment.

You are responsible for evaluating outputs before using, publishing, or acting on them. Outputs may not be unique, and ZgroupsAI does not guarantee that you own exclusive rights in generated content.

6. Search and third-party services

Web results, source pages, model providers, storage providers, authentication systems, and other third-party services may be subject to separate terms. ZgroupsAI does not control third-party content, availability, accuracy, or security. Your use of a linked source is at your own risk.

7. Acceptable use

You must use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You may not use them to violate rights, create or distribute malware, defraud or impersonate people, harass or exploit others, facilitate violence, evade safeguards, probe or disrupt systems, scrape at abusive rates, or submit content that you do not have the right to process. 8. Intellectual property and feedback

The Services, visual design, software, trademarks, and original content are owned by ZgroupsAI or its licensors. Except for Your Content and rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you. If you provide feedback, you allow ZgroupsAI to use it without restriction or compensation, provided it does not identify you without permission.

9. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Services unlawfully, or when needed to protect the Services or comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including content rights, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." ZgroupsAI disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Services will meet your needs or be error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZgroupsAI and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services. Any overall liability cap, if required for your launch, must be finalized for the applicable jurisdiction and plan.

12. Governing law and contact
